Carefully selected meat is processed in our own factory. We purchase all meat in bulk at our central kitchen, and under thorough temperature control, we strictly discern optimum freshness before providing it to our restaurants.

We also offer a wide variety of single dishes, such as the lean meat platter and halami! We purchase all of our meat from contracted farmers in Kagoshima, which allows us to offer high quality meat at reasonable prices.

We offer a 120-minute all-you-can-drink course! The lineup includes "Hormone Sashizaki-zakari", which has no odor and is outstandingly delicious because of its freshness, popular parts such as tongue and medium-sized ribs, and other specialties of Buti's. We also offer an all-you-can-drink course, which is popular among diners who prefer to dine in.

We are proud of the freshness and abundant parts of the meat we procure because we purchase the whole cow in bulk! We offer everything from standard parts to rare hormone menu items. The "kone" is a Hiroshima staple, a very thin cut of the front belly of the beef, which is popularly grilled quickly and served with lemon for a refreshing taste!
